MONDRAKER - ZEIT BIKE Policies

Shipping policy

We are doing the best we can to ship your item in a timely manner during the COVID-19 pandemic. All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days before they are shipped, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for example, pre-ordered products or products with lead time indicated on the product page).

We ship from multiple warehouses, and all of them with variances in shipping and processing time between 1-4 days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@zeitbike.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased at ZEITBIKE.com.


Conditions for Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In order for your item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Your item was received in the last 30 days
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Your item is in its original packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase 

The following cannot be returned:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

NOTE: For wholesale dealers, items can be returned up to 15 days after the delivery of the shipment. The items need to be in original condition to be eligible for a return.


Returns Process:

To request a return, send us a message using our contact form, or email us at info@zeitbike.com. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and/or SKU
- Reason for returning the item
- Images
- Any additional details that will help us process the return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the returned products have met the conditions for returns specified above, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
