The Kong Protex 40 is our standard-duty frame with a plain canopy. Built for businesses that need reliable, repeatable shelter without print: staff areas, storage, back-of-house at events, welfare points, and traders who want a second gazebo to sit alongside a branded one.

A genuine commercial frame, not a garden gazebo. It's designed to go up and come down repeatedly across a season rather than stay in a shed between barbecues.

📏 Sizes

From 2m × 2m up to 3m × 6m, including compact-folding versions where transport and storage space is tight. The 3m × 3m is the standard UK market and event pitch size.

The Protex 40 is the same frame used in our printed gazebo packages. If you think you'll want branding later, it's worth looking at those first — you'll get a printed canopy on the same frame rather than paying twice.

⚓ Anchoring

Anchor every leg, every time, branded or not. Ground spikes with ratchet straps on grass, foot weights on tarmac or concrete. Plan for 15kg per leg. We stock foot weights, spikes and ratchet straps — ask and we'll match them to your setup.

🦍 Protex 40 or Protex 50?

The 40 is lighter and easier to carry, suited to regular commercial use. The Protex 50 uses a heavier 50mm frame for frequent, harder use and rougher conditions. If your gazebo lives in a van and goes up most weekends, look at the 50.
